Best "Highly Rated" insurance companies that vary by plan and state. Ican offers both individually underwritten major medical plans and guaranteed acceptance group plans. Major medical coverage availability and rates depend on a variety of factors, including health condition and medical history, and not everyone will qualify for such coverage. *Guaranteed acceptance plans provide coverage under group limited benefit indemnity policies issued to a bona fide association, require association membership, have limitations and exclusions, including pre-existing condition exclusions, and are not the same as and are not a substitute for major medical insurance.
